Wow, this is actually working!

It's really starting to hit me that this is really working, that it isn't another diet that I'll screw up. I don't even REMEMBER the last time I was 185 pounds. I can look back and say, "I will NEVER weigh that much again." And guess what? For once in my life, I actually believe it, too. :confused:

I totally understand. Or how about the empowering feeling that you know you won't have a pig out. I had one day during the holidays where I THOUGHT I would have a third cookie and one bite later it never even hit the back of my throat. I knew better. Last year at this same time I would have binged and I know that from years of experiencing that.

It's so empowering to feel and know that it is happening.
