Yes, I'm horribly lazy when it comes to working out! I've seen some pounds come off after I started packing last week. I'm moving Jan 10 and have been hauling boxes up and down stairs which is what initially got the scale moving again. But it showed me that I needed to start doing more physically to really get into gear.
