Yep. You probably were loaded up with IV fluids to keep you hydrated. They are coming out.

Did you get IV fluids during or after surgery? If you did, that would explain it. I didn't have fluids during this surgery but did on other surgeries and it seemed I had to get up and go every hour or so for a day or two.

No problem...and probably good for you too. Make sure your pee is a light clear color of yellow-gold. If it starts to get dark or smelly you are dehydrated and need to step up your liquids substantially. Peeing is good.

Ha! I was thinking the same thing - I wish I could go every hour and a half normally!!! After surgery it was like every fifteen minutes, I was driving the nurses crazy!!
