Pill Agony!!!!!

I started an antibiotic today and it got STUCK!!! I thought the capsule was small enough to go through but I was soooo wrong. Anyone have any tips on how to help it pass? I've tried raising my arms and sipping a lil pineapple juice but so far nothing. I obviously can't take those so I'll have to call my doc for something else.:help::help:

Yea, I would try sipping warm Water. It should dissolve the capsule if nothing else.

I take all medication with warm water. I take one, drink a lot of warm water, wait a few minutes and take another one. I have a lot of stuff I have to take. It takes a long time. I take some in the morning, some with lunch and some more in the evening, about an hour before bedtime.

Chubbydiva,

If you are still having problems, just give your Dr a call and they can order it for in liquid form. I had the same problem and got the liquid. Good luck, you are on your way !!!!
