Hi there
I have my surgery on the 17th of February and I was wondering if any UK people have surgery around the same time and would want to buddy up D
Thanks!

Kirsten I live in Scotland and am currently on the NHS weight loss programme prior to being referred for Bariatric surgery due to various problems. I would like to share your journey with you as my surgery is probably 2 years away and I will be 72 by then.

How are you doing ? Still going well ? x

Lost 3kg over two weeks but this week has been a struggle. I need to prepare healthy snacks for the afternoon when I feel hungry. What did you eat for snacks when hunger pangs but?

How are you coping after the surgery? What liquid meals are you having post surgery?
