Jello

Hey guys. Im on day 4 of my 2 week pre op diet for a vsg. I just realized I messed up and ate 3 cups of regular jello instead of sugar free. Im planning on calling my surgeons office in the morning but can anyone give me any advice? Did anyone also mess up and it was fine? TIA

unless you are on the floor heaving atm, then you too will be fine.

file this experience for the future and remember to check labels, if that is what you want to do.

this whole process is about learning and adapting to what works for you so that you can get to where you want to be.

now you know to check if you are having sugar free or not.

good luck!
