My best advice: Follow ALL the rules to the letter. I hope you had as comprehensive of a training and learning period that I did (6 months). Ask questions of your team any time they come up. My NPs and docs have been exceptional. Go slow and don't push yourself to attain goals too quickly. It will happen. I just had my 4-month follow-up and I've lost 60 lbs so far. I hope everything went okay and you’re recovering well by now. Just take one step at a time with the recovery and you will do fine.
