August 2nd scheduled date of surgery

So my family is wanting to go eat Mexican tonight and my surgery is in 11 days. My doctor doesn’t have me on a liquid diet but a low carb diet.

What would you suggest I eat and still try to be good?

I agree with Carmen. Years out, I still get a street taco (although I did start eating the tortillas once I was several months out - or maybe even a year - I just ate the "innards" before that), or else a fajita and just eat the meat and vegetables.

Yep yep yep - agree with the others - whatever you order just eat the meat and whatever green veg accompanies that OP. Welcome to your new life!
