Killer Cardio Playlist

With the preface this probably most likely to appeal to the millennials in the group based on song selection I wanted to share a workout playlist that’s been pushing me to excel in my workouts. It’s been great for 45 minutes medium high - high intensity cardio followed by 5-10 low to medium intensity and 5-10 cool down and stretch.

I’d love to hear about the playlists that push your fitness forward.

      I joined BariatricPal in 2008 & I FINALLY made the descision to have WLS!! I'm so excited & not sure what I need to do to get the ball rolling, but I made an appointment with my PCP for 7/19. It's a start I guess.
