Shakes with clumps

Over the past year, I have truly enjoyed BariatricPal Ready To Shake Instant 15g Protein Drink.

They have assisted me with my 75lb weight loss.

My question is why are there sometimes clumps of powder in my shakes?

I insist that I am doing the same prep every time but not every shake comes out clump free.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I am having the same issue with Premier protein brand! But I buy the pre-mixed single serve shakes.

Driving me crazy, I strain all of my shakes before I drink them now.

I like using a blender bottle for powdered shakes (the sports shakers with a little round wire ball inside that works like a whisk). It seems very good at breaking up the clumps.

I use the blender bottle when using powdered shakes too, then add to the blender if adding fruit.

Every time I open a bottle I'm always looking out for this lol, have not had any issues with the flavors I get.

I have been drinking them for years, wayy before WLS. Upwards of probably 10 years and have never had a problem till now. But I am literally 8 cases deep and still having the problem.

Once I am thru this case I think I am going to take a break and make my own for a while.
