How do you search a topic in the forum to see if anyone else has the same or similar issue?

At the top of the page there is a search bar you can type key words into. But, I will tell you I think it is flawed. I have searched direct exact words that I know for a fact have been discussed and they sometimes don't come up. For example I was looking for an older active topic that I know people regularly post on and it said no results found.

So, I don't know how much success you will have.
