I guess that does make sense. Glad to know I wasn't missing something that could have turned that off. TY!

Just as a side question- why do I have so many underlined words in my posts? I don't purposely do that at all. It's kind of annoying and weird.

If the bariatricpal store sells something with that word, it'll automatically underline and hyperlink, it's weird lol

Post op diet Do not eat anything not on the list

Stage 1 weeks 1and 2 2-3 protein shakes, clear broth 1 SF jello and 1 SF popsicle

Stage 2 weeks 3 through 8 2-3 protein shakes, pureed lean protein, eggs, soft cheese, beans, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms.

Stage 3 months 2 through 6 same as stage 2 but added in more non-starchy vegetables, cheeses, non-cream soups, limited fruit.

Stage 4 Maintenance stage for life. Begins only after weight loss goal is met. Same as stage 3 but added in limited amount of grains and expanded fruit. Lessen the dependence of protein shakes.

How did you get your ticker to show on your posts? I created one but it hasn't appeared on any of my posts. Thanks

I don't remember the exact steps, but I just clicked on the my tickers in that drop down menu and picked the background and picked the turtle as the walker. Now if I click on the my ticker drop down it brings up a page with my ticker and some codes to paste if I wanted and a create ticker box in the upper right. Maybe you just have to complete it? Not sure and sorry I'm not much help.

Once you create it, there's a button on the tickers page that says "Add to signature".

Me!! I’m the 9th!

We got this! I’m excited/nervous…there’s got to be a word for that. Excivous? Nervited? Anyway, good luck!

Surgery 9/1 and pre-op liquid diet started today. Man this sucks! Lol. Keep being told it gets better after a few days so I am hanging in there
