first day on solids

hi everyone well i did it had a good day on solids able to tolrate all i had one thing what i was craving chicken roasted with gravey i couldn,t wait to have it and when i did it was horrible it wasn,t as great as i thought it would be i just had enough until i felt full and dumped the rest what a disaaapointment in a good way lol well thanks for listening julie

When I look at the size of the saucer I use now or the fruit bowl as oppossed to the huge overflowing plate I use to use, it's a wonder I haven't lost 3 times as much weight, LOL.

Julie, that's wonderful! Keep up the good work and try lots of different things. Just remember to cut food into little, bitty pieces and chew, chew, chew.
