I'm sure that you've been contacted by now, but I finished my checklist last week and I was scheduled today. I'll have RNY July 21st with Dr. Cronk. I could have had it as early as June 30th, but I wanted to wait until after vacation.

    Hi all, I’m scheduled for my consult in a week with Dr Sanborn. After doing a fair amount of research I’ve decided I want the sleeve. Can anyone tell me what the steps are for me to complete to be scheduled so I can get a jump on it
