  4. Sure! Glad I could help.
  5. Hi, PB&J! Dr. Cronk did my sister's gastric bypass surgery 3 years ago this July and he did an amazing job! They are both very experienced plus since it's the robotic laparoscopic bypass it's a fast recovery and not much pain at all. We are both very happy that we did the bypass. Hope this helps to put you at ease a bit!
  6. I like the Maranatha because they don't have added ingredients.

  8. Amazon has them in bulk. There's almond butter, peanut butter, etc. Yes, they are natural and come in one serving, 2Tbsp. packets.

  10. Hi! Dr. Sanborn did my gastric bypass September 29, 2021. He did an excellent job, I had very little pain and my incision sites are already fading. I've lost 44 lbs since my surgery, 60 lbs total. Sent from my Pixel 3a using BariatricPal mobile app

  13. Thanks! Lol, you're right it has been almost 4 months.[emoji2360] Good idea, I will go back to basics and me mindful to track and see if I can break the stall. So close to one-derland I can taste it!!![emoji16] Sent from my Pixel 3a using BariatricPal mobile app
  14. Hi! I am 3 months out of my gastric bypass surgery. I did very well with my pre op and post op diets. I've lost 35lbs since my surgery on 9/29/21, and 51lbs all together. I've had a hard time figuring out what to eat since I've been on regular food. Some days I do ok but others I end up eating what's there and having dumping issues. I've also been hovering between 206-210 for the last month or so. If anyone has any suggestions I am more than willing to try them! Sent from my Pixel 3a using BariatricPal mobile app

  18. Hi! I am in my 2nd pre op diet stage right now. My surgery (roux ny gastric bypass) is next Wednesday. Right now I can have 4 protein shakes a day plus broth, sf jello and sf popcicles. What has got me through is being creative with flavors. I have chocolate, vanilla and strawberry whey protein isolate and I use sf pudding mix and/or sf syrups to add flavor. My favorite combination is strawberry with 1Tbsp sf cheesecake pudding mix, it is bomb! Sent from my moto g play (2021) using BariatricPal mobile app
