Hey everyone! Im new here and hoping to find some support and accountability in the gym and kitchen. Im 28 years old and work full time at a high school as an athletic trainer. I currently weight train/workout 6 days a week and run 4 (marathon training). Im coming off of a disney world vacation and struggling with being tired and lack of motivation. Id love to talk with anyone who wants an accountability partner and/or has similar lifestyle and goals 😅

Have you had bariatric surgery? If so when, and what type? Can you fill in the stats in your profile - that can help other people see what stage you are at. Good luck with your weight loss journey anyway - however far along you are. 🤩

Hey! I'm 26 and scheduled for my bypass on Feb 14th. On my pre op diet right now. I'm down 30 lbs pre op and want to keep the momentum. Always down to share in the journey.
