I finally started exploring collagen supplements. I using an unflavored powder in drinks and so far no tolerance issues.

Anyone else taking a separate collagen supplement? Recommendations?

What is you favorite one from the BariatricPal Store?

I use some dark chocolate and blackberry flavored powder I found at Sprouts. No tolerance issue. It tastes weird is all.

My personal fave are the 25g shots https://store.bariatricpal.com/collections/collagen-for-bariatric-patients/products/bariatricpal-25g-whey-protein-collagen-power-shots-crisp-apple . They're very tart so if you don't like tart this isn't for you.

Just curious about collagen supplements. What are they for?

Keeping your skin taut and trying to stave off too much loose skin.

I use the bariatric fusion unflavored collagen. It also has protein. I also have Further Food collagen peptides vanilla flavor from Amazon. If you are more of a vitamin person, I also have the vital vitamins multi collagen complex. Also found on Amazon. I just open the capsules and blend them in with my shakes.
