The first few days are the hardest! After day 3 I was a lot less hungry. You can do this! It’s only two weeks. Just count the days. :) good luck ?

It truly does get easier. Just grit your teeth and get through the first few days.

The liquid pre-op is tough. Mine was just 10 days, so yours is longer than what I had to do! Try to keep busy, distract yourself, if allowed eat sugar-free jello or sugar-free popsicles to give the illusion of eating solid food, drink broth when you want something savory and just hang in there!

the next few days are going to be hard - but you've got this! you've made this huge choice for yourself, and even getting to this part has been a journey, this is just one of the suckier parts of it!

i had to do four weeks of pre-op with my surgeon, so can promise it's going to get easier and you've got a whole community to build you up if you struggle!
