3weeks out

Hello this is another support team im glad i have the app bc we need all the support we can get...is it common to feel yucky after 3weeks its been a off and on feelin for me light headed dizzy but the surgery off setted my period which i think that is what the problem was for thw most part.

Plus as you lose weight, the oestrogen which is stored in your fat is released into your blood stream throwing off your cycle & screwing up your emotions.

It will get better just give it time. We all recover differently. Try adding some electrolytes to your water to give you a boost to your energy.
