Hello this is another support team im glad i have the app bc we need all the support we can get...is it common to feel yucky after 3weeks its been a off and on feelin for me light headed dizzy but the surgery off setted my period which i think that is what the problem was for thw most part.

Yep, very common. You’ve had pretty major life changing surgery, you’re healing & consuming very little. It’s not unusual to be feeling week & generally blah. Plus as you lose weight, the oestrogen which is stored in your fat is released into your blood stream throwing off your cycle & screwing up your emotions.

It will get better just give it time. We all recover differently. Try adding some electrolytes to your water to give you a boost to your energy.
