I've got a surgery date....

any pointers? I think that I have all of my bases covered, but I'm sure that there are some things that someone knows out there that would save me a lot of trouble, pain or discomfort. So, if any of you have advice, it will be appreciated.

    my insurance denied it too. but after the peer-to-peer review it was approved. had the surgery last monday. feeling great!
