  1. The liquid stage is already getting old. I laid in bed last night thinking of the king sized triple whoppers combo. I hope this ends soon. I'm going crazy. I had complications with my surgery due to a colon resection surgery back in 2004. Dr. Schmitt said that my guts were stuck together and he had to pull them apart, but all is well, now, except for the hunger. Well, I do have this air bubble thing that bugs me more than it hurts.
  2. We had the surgery on the same day. I feel like I'm getting an air bubble whenever I belch or hiccup. I'm hoping all of this goes away.
  3. I just went to a pre-op support group and most of the post-op people that were there said it should last about a week to a week and a half. Hope this helps.
  4. any pointers? I think that I have all of my bases covered, but I'm sure that there are some things that someone knows out there that would save me a lot of trouble, pain or discomfort. So, if any of you have advice, it will be appreciated.
  5. Did you have to send your surgeon the test results or a clearance letter from the sleep Dr.?
  6. Mine is zombie movies, books and short stories. I love watching the films. I could probably just about give you a play by play of every George Romero zombie movie ever made. Funny thing about it is how I can love them so much, but, other than some people I've met on the Internet, most people do not like them. It started when I was just a kid and I am still, to this day, a huge fan. Anyone else have some strange hobbies or interests that make people think that you're a weirdo?
  7. God, I hope not. I had chemo and the port that I had hurt really badly for the first two weeks. Of course, it had to tap into a main artery, though.
  8. 60/54 = 1.1 1.1/2 = .55 60 x .55 = 33 Hope this helps.
  9. Did you take it the day of the surgery?
  10. Hi everyone. I live in Florence. I should be getting banded before the end of 2007 by Dr. Schmitt at Medical Center East in Birmingham. I have been to the seminar and have my initial Dr. appointment on Oct. 30th.
  11. I was just wondering if you had to quit taking it so long before the surgery and how it would be taken post surgery. Any information will be appreciated.
