Calcium Chews

Has anyone else having trouble with constipation from eating the calcium chews? I get the bariatric pal vanilla ones.

calcium is pretty notorious for causing constipation. So is iron and eating high-protein diets. Chronic constipation is a pretty common problem among WLS patients, both RNY and VSG. It's due to the high protein diet and the supplements (again, calcium and iron are the usual culprits..)

Anyone find a Calcium product that doesn’t constipate? I’m struggling with it every few months and Hopi g there are supps out there that won’t cause this so often.
