Help!

Has anyone else had only coughing at bedtime and which results in then coughing up everything? I finally got to the point were I am keeping everything down during the day but, once I lay down at night it seems to come back up?! What do I do?! Please help!

Could it be you are eating too close to bed time? I was advised to not eat or drink within 2 hours of laying down.

Sounds like reflux to me.

I had issues with this as well...i figured out that if I went to bed on an empty stomach and/or slept with my upper body elevated it would go away (used to prop up with lotsa pillows, but eventually bought one of those bed wedges, it stays put much better than pillows)
