Maintanence

Just wondering if there is a particular thread out there that covers maintanence after surgery. Not particularly diet, but maybe regular tests you should get done to make sure your band is fine. Is an endoscope the only thing you should have done on a regular basis?

As an afterthought, what do you typically find are the costs for these procedures?

hi pippinje, when i get the fills, i got the endoscope. if there is other ways to make sure everything is going well with the band, then let me know please. everything is included.

I asked my doctor the same question. Unless there is a problem he typically will not order a scope. That being said he did say that some patients do them once a year for maintenance.
