Fluids

How much water did everyone drink the first few days after surgery. They said to sip water all day long, but today is day one at home at I can't get much down.

I am on day 2 and thats all I do, I am up to about 30 or 40oz, about 3 protien shake. I actually have had 2 1/2 and a little bit of chicken broth. I am trying to figure out how long I need to be on liquids.

I have found out the hard way, that sipping is my only way of drinking. I cannot drink too much at once . Not to be gross but it came up hard.
