Vacation time

I am going to be celebrating my one year postop gastric bypass surgery at Disney World! Problem is I’m trying to figure out how to stay hydrated and eat healthy snacks every two hours so that I don’t lose weight on this trip because I’m already under white. Any suggestions?

I love Disney! Staying hydrated is easy as there are free cups of ice water everywhere. Can even bring some crystal light on the go packets if you want to add flavor.

As for snacks, could bring small bag of nuts, protein bar, cheese sticks, etc. Of course lots of snacks available for purchase too. All of the restaurants have healthy options, and at the counter service restaurants, I usually get a kids meal (I did this even pre WLS as the meal is plenty and it comes with a drink and dessert).

When are you planning on going?
