I'm so tired and stress, it's been 2 years and I still can not eat properly, I feel blotting and disgust in every meal. I can't go to restaurants anymore because I end up vomiting or with lots of acids even testing a bit, I guess is because of the fat used?. The only thing that I can eat are beans, rice, soups I been surviving eating bread but end up gaining weight. I became vegan because I can not eat meat anymore... I don't know what to do. What's your experience?
