Multi Vitamins

Hi

I was banded November 20th in the Dominica Republic.

Does anyone have any suggestions for multi-vitamins? Any suggested web sites to purchase them from?

Thanks

Someone here suggested Liquid Health. I was able to find it locally for a pretty good price, but there are quite a few online sites that carry it. I'm taking the women's multi - it doesn't taste bad at all.

Good luck finding something that works for you :-)

I don’t know if they would have it where you are, but my doctor recommends Centrum Chewable. I doesn’t taste bad. Now my urologist doesn’t want me taking any calcium supplements because of my kidneys. I will have to talk to my lapband doc about that today when I go in for a fill.

Hey wait a minute. That's not what I wrote! Anybody know how that happened? Let me check out this website and I'll check out the one it should have been. I'm totally confused!

I take Flintstones Chewable Complete. I also take Citracal creamy chews...works for me and I get to pick Barney, Betty, Fred, Wilma, or Dino every day..,.

Bariatric Advantage offers a great multivitamin. In your search engine type Bariatric Advantage, which is an online bariatric pharmacy. They also have other great products.

My nutritionist said that VitaMist would be a great vitamin since it is a spray.

I take Centrum Silver, I'm not silver yet but it has more of the necesary vitamins my doctor recommended. And they come in a chewable form. They are not bad.
