polycistic ovaries

ANyone have Polycistic ovaries (PSO) ?

Did anyone find after surgery , the weight loss helped with symptoms such as excessive body hair or other symptoms? I wonder if PSO makes you more prone to dumping symdrome since carbs and sugar is already problematic?
