Yup. I was tired a lot my first week post op. I’m entering my second week and have more energy due to the fact that I’m able to take in more liquids and protein but I still need a nap in the afternoon

Yup. I was tired a lot my first week post op. I’m entering my second week and have more energy due to the fact that I’m able to take in more liquids and protein but I still need a nap in the afternoon but it’s not as bad as it used to be the first week.

The first week is the worst. Didn’t have energy for much, but did try to walk around the block once a day. I honestly did not nap much, but I did junk out on TV. Focus on protein, water, walking, and resting. That is what your body needs to heal.

and remember...it gets better! ?

yep - like ChubRub, I had it off and on for the first two months or so - but the first week is the worst. You just had major surgery, so it's kind of expected....that's a lot of trauma on your body!

yes, but there is alot of water n protein and exercise to get in. Yesterday I napped a few times. Doing a little better today!
