Newbie! I need help editing my surgery

Hello everyone! My name is Emily and I got the gastric sleeve surgery 8/19/20. I'm new to this app and I wanted to know how I edit the part of the page that says your surgery date, current weight, ect.

Go to the arrow at the top by your screen name click on it and it'll bring down a bunch of options. You click "My Surgery" and you can update from there.
