Protein shakes

So I bought a variety of protein shakes to find one I like before surgery. So far I've only tried a premier protein chocolate shake. Omg it's awful. I mean I think I can maybe force myself to choke it down but it's awful! It tastes like what I would imagine tube feed tastes like! How am I going to do this lol. Anyone else out there who struggled to find a good one?

  • I love chocolate Premier Protein... but the best protein drink, imo, is Fairlife Chocolate shakes. They are SO good.

A lot of people like Premier, but I'm one of those who doesn't. I can taste the protein in it. I prefer Syntrax and Unjury products. You have to experiment to see which ones you like because people's tastes vary tremendously.

I tried the cookies and cream one today. It wasn't so bad. That gives me hope.
