Banded 11/28/97

I was banded yesterday. Had some pain, tried to stay away from the pain meds, but gave in at bed time.

Today, my tummy is sore. Feels like I went 3 rounds with Mike Tyson. Pain seems to be subsiding a bit. Trying to walk and be good about everything.

    Congrats Terry!! I was banded on Monday the 26th. Each day gets a little better. Walking definetly helps and I found the Gas X chewables help as well. It's funny not to feel hungry. I have been having two protein drinks a day and sugar free jello. I am going to mash and egg later today and see how that goes. I know for health I should be getting more protein and calories in but it seems strange to do it without any hunger. Keep us posted on your recovery and Welcome!! All the best
