:clap2:You ask that goofy Surgeon anything you want - it sounds to me like a question from someone who doesn't settle for winging it and cares about her health and understanding things clearly. Good for you - AND KEEP ASKING. That's what we pay them the big bucks for! LOL.

Four ounces is 1/2 a cup, which is about where we should be for an entire meal (between 1/4 cup and 3/4 cup). You should have your Protein first and then the rest of veggies or whatever.

I can only do 1/4 cup oatmeal for Breakfast, 1/4 cup tuna for lunch, and then maybe 1/2 - 3/4 cup for dinner. I've had one fill and am headed for my second one on the 21st.

Good luck to you...

yes 4 oz is great for me .too i've been using my new food scale and im doing a-okey .4oz is a lot more then it sounds .

but i still haven't lost weight that is odd any new suggestions

Melanie, I can only consume about 2 oz at a time. If you are not losing at 4 oz I would recommend another fill or cutting down to 800-1k calories a day. How much can you consume? 1 cup, 1/2 cup? For me protein is most important. I always start my day with a protein shake to ensure I get enough in. Good luck.
