What is the best biotin to take

I don't know which one is best, but I like the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails gummies. They taste good, and in addition to biotin they have vitamins E and C. CVS often has them as BOGO, also.

I've taken Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails for years. I took the gummy version in the early days of my sleeve because I was afraid of taking too many whole pills (I take quite a few supplements).
