Hello everyone! Has anyone else received March 10 as a surgery date? Was thinking we could all swap info to help keep each other motivated!!

I’m sleeved S well and in my own private room. I feel absolutely great, except I keep dozing off every 20 minutes or so. I have slight irratation at the top of my rib cage which I’m guessing is the gas. Haven’t been cleared to walk yet but I believe we will be soon.

I was taking dilaudid for that sharp pain. No one warned me!

How is everyone feeling today? We made it to the losers bench!! Gas pains suck!!!!! We did it guys

Hey Confidently,

I just got home about 2 hours ago from the hospital. This pain is sooo bad, they I have thrown up- just took my very limited supply

of OXy and it came up with the throw up. cried a little Over that.

I’m soo sorry to hear that! Have you spoken to your surgeon?! What have they advised you to do? I’m surprised they sent you home in that condition

I'm sorry for those in pain, it sucks!! I had a revision from vbg to rny gastric bypass, gallbladder removed and hiatal hernia repaired! It was a little much, but I was able to start walking 4 hours afterwards.

Gasx has been a Godsend! I'm taking it religiously to help with gas pain, I think it really is.

We made it guys, still can't believe it myself, but we made it!!!

very confused why the let me go home. However I’m slowly drinking my beef broth (8 oz) but at the hospital I was getting sick from 2 oz protein shakes
