Protein shake debacle

Hi All. So I'm 2.5 weeks post OP and I'm finding this new stomach of mine difficult to navigate to say the least. I drank a protein shake clearly WAY to fast and now I feel horrible (bloated and a little nauseous). Did I stretch my stomach and do damage? I'm very anxious of that happening. Any wisdom you all have would be greatly appreciated!

I had that happen, and occasionally still does if I eat a little fast. It is hard to keep it slow enough, but I usually found resting a bit, and rubbing my stomach helped. Definitely go slowly.
