  1. I'm 3 months post op and starting to get into more intense exercise, such as weight lifting and endurance training. I'm curious when everyone started with upping the intensity. I'm slightly frustrated with my progress. I'm fatiguing faster than I think I should be. It's probably normal but any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
  2. Hi All. So I'm 2.5 weeks post OP and I'm finding this new stomach of mine difficult to navigate to say the least. I drank a protein shake clearly WAY to fast and now I feel horrible (bloated and a little nauseous). Did I stretch my stomach and do damage? I'm very anxious of that happening. Any wisdom you all have would be greatly appreciated!
  3. I had gastric bypass on Jan 15. At first I was only able to get in a few sips of water/liquid at a time. Now it seems that I can drink a lot more before getting that full feeling. Is this normal?
