Ok so all of my required documents for surgery precertification was received by Cigna according to their website on 1/13. I am so not a patient person. I keep pulling it up and it says in progress! I sure hope I hear soon!

  • You aren't alone. I always say I have the patience of a knat. Deep breaths and stay positive.

  • Stay positive. I understand how you feel though. It was 9 months from start to my surgery day. I'm not complaining, but I could have had a baby in that time! ?. Just kidding, I'm way to old for that.

I was denied! I just posted a little bit ago. I am very bummed out. Just found out today. They denied stating medical necessity not appropriate? I don't understand because I meet their requirement guidelines, so I will have to try and talk to the surgeon's office to see what I need to do!
