Dr. Benevente in Elkhart, IN

Has anyone had Dr. Luis Benevente from Elkhart, Indiana perform a Gastric Sleeve?

And did you have to go through the BMI center for your pre-op visits?

Were they any good? Did they give you any counseling on what to nutrition and teach the proper ways to eat? Or did they just kinda throw you out there and expect you to know what to do?
