So I have decided to weigh myself a little early yesterday morning, and I checked the scale three times because I couldn’t Believe what I saw on the scale. And not even a week I had lost 4.8lbs! Last week I lost 3.8 pounds. Before that for the last four weeks I had been losing only 2.8 and most pounds a week. So I started to do some YouTube research and people were upping There calories a little. And that is what helped me lose some more I just upped my calories by 100-150. So far so good.
