I assume most people know about this, but just in case I wanted to tell everyone!

There's a prescription vitamin B12 nasal spray called Nascobal, and when you get it from Nutrition Direct, they throw in all the other oral vitamins you need for free. So If your insurance covers the Nascobal, then everything is free. I just got off the phone with them, and my vitamins should be here next week.

LOL that I'm so excited about vitamins! Everything that gets me one step closer to WLS I suppose!

I most definitely use this it’s awesome my sleeve is nov 1 I’m ready I have already been taking my vitamins just to get a good routine and it’s doing good for me so far since I’m on liver shrink diet

I plan on starting the vitamins right away too. Only 1 more week til your surgery! Good Luck!!!!

I can’t do the spray up my nose thing and the multi vitamins taste awful, but since my insurance covers it I keep it going for the free iron and calcium!

Does Kaiser offer this vitamin opportunity? Research time!!!! Thank you for sharing.
