Well...next Friday, 11/30, is going to be a very happening day for me, its band day, I have been on Adkins for one week, during thanksgiving week....how dreadfull. I did very well on thanksgiving day, not so well that evening...I am frustrated with myself, but know that things are gonna have to change "for me". Yes adkins does suck...but give me strenght...

I am so excited for you! I am still in the pre-banding stage and will probably schedule my surgery for January as I still have a few hoops to jump through. I will look forward to your updates on how things are going! Good Luck!
