yes maaam! @kia h . We have a nice pre op diet ..hope its enough to make that scale move . ive' only lost like 7 lbs in the last two months and I been eating soooo good .I don't understand except for the sangrias I was slamming down at two glasses three nights a week after home relaxing .Had nooooo idea of the sabotage I was doing until I googled the nutrition info and was floored....Not another glass since then...……..

Congrats Guys,I'm getting excited now . let's remember each other as we go through this journey and surgery day. We all got pre op diets coming up and they are sometimes different . What is your Pre-op diet . Mine is two Protein Shakes and a lean meat and vegetable meal for dinner . They say I can a little carb at night but im gonna not do that , oh and Jello, sugarless pops for snacks.. Not so bad.... Did I miss anybody??? we got three sets of twins so far

Do you know how long you'll have to stay down there before you can head home?

I have a scheduled appointment with my surgeon on Monday and I'm getting nervous bc this is the last time I see them before my surgery! I'll be starting my liquid pre op diet soon after for 7-10 days. My husband has promised to support me bc he expects that I'll be very cranky and hangry! Lol. Overall I'm looking forward to the next step and I'll be on the app alot for extra support!

Hey y’all! I finally got my surgery date. It’s November 4. I’ll soon be apart of the Losers bench. ? I’m sooo excited yet nervous.
