Chest Cold/ Getting Sick.

I FEEL HORRIBLE today. I can feel congestion in my chest building up and I have a sore throat. I also very sleepy.

I called my surgeon to ask what kinds of meds are ok and he told me it's 100% safe for me to take any medicine now that I am 3 months out.

I feel seriously run down. Normally, the rare occasions that I've gotten sick, I've been ok, like able to work through it . Has anyone noticed this themselves? Any advise on taking care of myself with my new sleeve- besides fluids! Lol that's always a rule when you're sick.
