Best Bariatric cookbook ?

I just saw bariatric cookbooks mentioned in another thread. Hoping anyone using them can reply as to which book is their favorite? I want to start with just ordering one. TIA

    This is a question I was going to ask. I just bought 2 kindle cookbooks, but haven't tried any of the recipes yet. I may have to get hard copies though... my daughter keeps taking my iPad.

    When I am looking for a book to buy I go get it at the library first to see if it is what I want. I have bought a few books this way. I live in Amish country so our Library is limited.
