I use GNC Calcium Citrate and Multi-Vitamin. No additional iron supplement. No, I'm just 7 months post-op.

Be sure not to take your calcium and iron together. The iron ties up the calcium, I take my multi with iron in the morning and my calcium/vit D in the evening.

And if you cannot handle shots, pills and things of That Ilk for prevention/ Treatment , you have a Once Yearly INFUSION like ME. That's my PCP's Personal Plan for ME and he seems to feel it's the Best One.????

Have you had yours yet? If so, how have you felt afterwards? Did you need to add any vitamins in the end?
