Pre-Op Requirements Completed! Surgery Date?!?

As of today, July 11th, I completed all of my requirements for my Surgeon & Insurance ! I’m still waiting on the results from my Sleep Study I did June 11th & my Upper GI I did yesterday (he should have it by now).

There is nothing left for me to do, but to see my Surgeon for the 2nd time July 30th. Unless I have to do something else regarding the Sleep Study & Upper GI results. I should be receiving my surgery date on the 30th as well & I’m super excited! I had my 1st consultation May 28th. I’m down 16.7 of my required 15lbs ☺️

The only thing I’ll be doing within the next two weeks is making sure the office has all my documents needed that will be submitted to my Insurance. I’m making a call in the morning to make sure they received my faxed papers ????.

So many times I felt like, was this even worth it? But, I had to remember my reasons why I decided to get WLS. I’m hoping for a late Aug surgery date. I’ve been told my insurance is one of the easiest to get approved by, so I don’t see any reasons of why I wouldn’t get approved. I’m remaining hopeful as anything can happen.
