Starting Pureed Stage on Monday. Ideas?

Hello! I'm new to the forums. I had RnY on June 10th.

Monday, I thankfully get to start pureed. The thought of goopy blended meat makes me a little queasy though. I was curious if I could get some ideas of what I can have. I am sick to the death of liquids and feeling a little blue about it.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm starting puree on Monday too! I found this website- and she has some yummy sounding recipes that I wrote down. Check it out, post what you find!

I actually blended up some roast that I made for the family with some of the juice. It was really good. I also did some of the carrots too

Eggs cheese and avocado, cottage cheese yogurt sugar free pudding kfc mashed potatoes refried beans and cheese my new thing is baked potatoes just don’t eat the skin and I put light sour cream and cheese on it sooooo good!

@21pilots my mouth is watering................................. LOL

My go to was refried beans with a tad bit of shredded cheese and split pea soup.

I progressed into a runny version of refried Beans about six or seven days after the operation and I tolerated it quite well it's got a lot of Protein in it because it's beans to so that was a benefit as well might be something to consider. my nutritionist wasn't real happy about it because I went to it to fast she felt but my surgeon and I discussed it and she agreed it was okay for my circumstances
