I'm meeting a friend at Starbucks what can I have? I've had surgery June 10th so I'm in week 2 recovery. Is it possible to have chai tea with milk and sweetener

    Thank you everyone. I ended up having an ice Rooibos with 2 scoops of tea, 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup, no fat milk, extra ice and extra water. It tasted great and did not bother my stoma

Besides the Chai being a little spicy, which might irritate your stomach, I think you're okay with non-fat milk and artificial sweetener. That way the milk is some protein, and your only empty calories will be the Chai. Just sip slowly so you don't get sick.

I ended up having an ice Rooibos with 2 scoops of tea, 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup, no fat milk, extra ice and extra water. It tasted great and did not bother my stomach at all. I researched the menu before I met my friend and knew what I wanted to order before I arrived.
